Caitlin Radford has a clear passion for agriculture and saw her future in bringing new ideas to the family farm in Tasmania’s North West. Starting on the VET pathway at school she turned her passion and skills on the land into a Certificate III in Agriculture and Certificate IV in Leadership and Management, securing her future career in Agriculture.
